Our story
Built by a buyer who got tired of chasing suppliers
David Rodriguez spent fifteen years in purchasing for manufacturers in Northern Nevada and Northern California. The pattern never changed: quotes that took a week, substitutions nobody flagged, and certificates that had to be requested three times. In 2016 he leased a small unit off Comstock Circle, put a line of credit behind it, and started supplying four local machine shops with the fasteners and abrasives they were struggling to get on time.
The business grew the slow way — one account at a time, mostly by referral. In 2019 we moved into the current 14,000 sq ft facility. In 2021 we added janitorial and facility lines because customers kept asking. In 2024 we brought delivery in-house for the Reno–Carson corridor. There has never been an outside investor, and there is no plan for one.
Today WIN Aljarash LLC is eleven people: four in the warehouse, three account managers, two in purchasing, one in accounts, and David. Everyone answers the phone.

David founded WIN Aljarash LLC in 2016 after fifteen years in industrial purchasing and supply-chain roles. He personally reviews every account above $10,000 in annual spend, signs off on credit terms, and still writes a fair share of the quotes. Based full-time at the Carson City facility.

Milestones
Nine years, one step at a time
2016 — 2018
Founded in Carson City with four local accounts. First 2,000 sq ft unit, one van, fasteners and abrasives only.
2019 — 2021
Moved to the 14,000 sq ft Comstock Circle facility. Added PPE, janitorial and packaging categories, and formal Net 30 terms.
2022 — 2026
In-house delivery for the Reno–Carson corridor, scheduled replenishment programme, and nationwide parcel and LTL shipping to 48 states.
